Additional servicesCustomers from JOS AMERICA LFT can rely on a professional support team available from monday to friday from 8:00-17:00 standard european time. The team has enough capacity to give immediate support to more then one customers at the same time.
The support team is able to take over your computer under your supervision to check settings in your software or to give you a demonstration from specific functionality because you want to see a live demo.
All software users are paying a small contribution per software application per year. JOS AMERICA LFT invests income from software licenses in the maintenance from the software, bug fixes and ongoing development.
All future software improvements are included in the software license. Totally new developments are excluded.
If you want to improve your skills you can apply for an online or in house training from one of our employees. All software comes with a professional practice and workbook but some functionalities in the software can be used differently in the daily practice.
It can depends on the way you do patient examination and the way you want to make an individual orthotic. Or maybe you just have something in mind what you can't find in the training manual.
